Cyndi's readings are a calm, private conversation. She uses Tarot cards as a tool for guidance while tuning into your energy and that of the spirits around you, to provide insight on your path — whether that's a life decision, a relationship, a career question, or simply a desire for greater clarity. She may also bring through messages from loved ones who have passed.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your Reading

Cyndi does not ask for your full name or any personal information prior to your reading, and she does not research clients on social media or anywhere else. With the volume of readings she provides, it simply wouldn't be possible — as she jokes herself, she can barely remember what she had for breakfast, let alone details about upcoming appointments. Everything that comes through in your reading is genuine.

When you have your reading with Cyndi, she will start by asking you to say and spell your full name. The energy of spirits around her is constantly present, and asking for your name at the start of the session ensures the right ones are with her for your reading.

Tarot cards are used as a confirmation tool only — this is not a tarot card reading. The cards simply confirm what Cyndi is already receiving. Please answer any questions she asks truthfully, even if something doesn't immediately make sense to you.

We recommend coming prepared with a list of questions. Many clients are so moved and surprised by what comes through during a reading that they find themselves lost for words in the moment — and walk away having forgotten what they most wanted to ask. Please note that Cyndi is unable to recall anything after a reading has concluded, so questions are best asked during your session.

Sessions are strictly one-on-one. No additional persons are permitted in the room or on the phone during a reading. If you wish to book for 60min., you need to book two - 30min slots and the price will be twice that of a 30min reading.

IN-PERSON READINGS

Meet Cyndi in Person

In-person readings take place at the Kahshe Hypnosis Office in Orillia, Ontario. Cyndi also frequently provides readings at the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto (call 416-964-0411 to enquire about availability and pricing at that location). Currently for 2026, she is scheduled for May 3-5 and September 27-29.

In-person readings may be paid by cash or credit card.

PHONE READINGS

Give the Gift of Clarity

Phone readings offer a convenient way for Cyndi to connect with clients near and far — and while they are open to everyone, they are particularly popular with international and out-of-town clients. Because phone readings require significantly more energy and focus than in-person sessions, Cyndi limits the number she takes each week, which is reflected in the higher rate. As our phone reading clients come from all over the world and we never ask where you are calling from, all phone readings are billed in USD as the standard international currency.

Sessions are conducted by phone or WhatsApp (audio only). Please call Cyndi from a quiet, private space — she can pick up on the energy of those around you, which may affect the reading. Please also note that while Cyndi uses Tarot cards during phone readings, we are unable to photograph or share images of your cards. The cards are used solely as a private confirmation tool during the session.
