Can someone sit in my reading with me?

Unfortunately not. Cyndi works off of the energy of the person sitting in front of her. Their spirit guides and sometimes, loved ones from the past, bring messages to Cyndi which she interprets and passes on to you. When there is more than one person in the same room, she gets conflicting information and is not sure which person is to get the message. Some spirits are much more powerful and present than others, so one person usually ends up with an incredible reading while the other person does not receive much information.

Why are the phone readings charged in USD when I don’t live in the USA? And is it done by zoom?

Cyndi enjoys many clients from around the world and the most common currency is USD. For the privacy of our guests, we don’t ask where they will be calling from. Phone readings are much more exhausting on Cyndi which is why she only does a few per week and charges more per reading. Cyndi finds any type of reading with a video, very distracting and causes her to lose focus. So she does NOT do zoom or WhatsApp video calls at any time. Both of you can be having a bad hair day and no one will ever know the better. She prefers direct dial calls (you need to call her so be aware of long distance charges) or WhatsApp audio calls (which costs you nothing).

Can I record my reading?

Cyndi encourages you to record your reading since there will be a lot of information shared with you within 30min. It can be a bit overwhelming for some people and they forget some of the details later. Cyndi will openly admit that she is not a technical person and does not understand how to use your various devices to record the reading. So she asks that you have it figured out before calling her as she will be of little assistance.

Can I have a one hour reading?

Of course. The pricing is just double that of a 30min reading and please specify at the time of booking.

How do I prepare for my reading?

Think of the questions you want answered and write them down before having your reading. Cyndi does not need to see these questions and does not need you to bring objects from loved ones you are hoping to receive messages from. The reading will go by very fast and can be a bit overwhelming the first time as so much information is presented to you. The pre-written questions will assist you in remembering what you wanted to know before the reading ends. Cyndi clears her mind after each reading and will not remember anything from it. She will not be able to answer questions or provide clarification after your reading is over.

What will happen during my reading?

Cyndi will start the reading by asking you to say and spell your complete name to start a clear connection. She will shuffle her tarot cards, then choose from each of the three decks. At the end of your reading you are welcome to ask Cyndi questions or for clarification on something she said, if time allows. If she hasn’t already touched on the subject, she will explore a bit further.

Should I ask specific questions during my reading?

You may have a specific question or two, when coming into the reading. It is recommended that you listen to what the spirit guides say throughout the reading as your question may be answered during this time. But have a list of questions prepared for you to quickly review before the reading is over.

I am a skeptic and don’t want to give my name upon booking as I am sure she will just google me and find out things about me.

Surprisingly we get this question a lot. And is usually said after a reading where the person was shocked at the amount of info she knew about themselves, their family, their job, etc.. Then instead of accepting that this is a gift she has, they immediately begin to say that it cannot be possible.

We don’t need your real name for a booking to be honest. So if it makes you feel better, give us another name. It is just a reference point for Cyndi when she plans out her timing for the day about 10min before she starts. She actually doesn’t even look at the bookings until the morning of, as her assistant handles everything for her. She will ask for your real name at the beginning of the reading as she needs it to clear previous spirit energies that are still lingering and needs to make sure that the ones trying to come through with messages are really meant for you. Cyndi would tell you that she is a very busy mother and grandmother with little time for herself, let alone spending time googling people and then trying to remember them for each reading. She barely remembers what she ate for breakfast and can do up to 13 readings per day. She laughs at the idea that her brain could remember that much information about people she ‘may have googled the night before’. The messages that she provides to you in a reading come to her as she is talking with you.

I want to speak to specific family members who have passed.

There is never a guarantee that any passed friends or loved ones will come through on a reading. Some spirits take longer to cross over and others have no specific messages at that time. Other spirits that do come through, may not be the ones that you were expecting or wanting to speak with. So there is no guarantee that you will hear what you want.

I am afraid that she is going to tell me bad news that I don’t want to hear.

Readings are not meant to be about bad news. She will pass messages on to you that the spirit guides are presenting to her. It usually does not involve death. If there is anything specific you do NOT wish to hear, then we suggest that you specifically tell her this at the beginning of your reading.
